Digong nagplano ng assassination, kudeta vs PBBM – Madriaga

Ibinunyag ni Ramil Madriaga, na nagpakilalang bagman ni Vice President Sara Duterte, ang umano’y plano ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., kung hindi ito bababa sa puwesto pagsapit ng 2025.
Sa isang supplemental affidavit na isinumite sa House Committee on Justice kaugnay ng impeachment proceedings laban sa Bise Presidente, sinabi ni Madriaga na nagkaroon umano ng kasunduan sa pagitan ng kampo nina Marcos at Duterte noong Nobyembre 2021.
“Former President Duterte said Senator Imee visited him to discuss a possible alliance in the 2022 national elections. During this meeting, BBM was able to convince PRRD to have Sara as BBM’s vice president,” ani Madriaga.
“However, they also agreed that by 2025, BBM will voluntarily step down to give way to a Sara presidency. After Sara took her oath as Vice President, PRRD had a discussion with retired generals of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, where I was also present, regarding all possible scenarios for unseating BBM by 2025 in case he reneges on his promise,” dagdag niya.
Ayon kay Madriaga, ang pangunahing layunin umano ang matiyak na hindi lalampas sa apat na taon ang panunungkulan ni Marcos upang maging eligible pa rin si VP Sara sa 2028 presidential elections.
Ikinuwento rin niya ang umano’y planong pananabotahe sa administrasyong Marcos gamit ang mga taong nasa loob ng gobyerno upang maglabas ng mga isyu ng korapsyon bilang batayan ng posibleng impeachment complaint.
